Information
Consumption of electricity, water, gas, WiFi, if not excessive, is included.
Waste is deposited in 6 different waste bins, waste removal included.
Cleaning of the house, bed linen and towels after the stay is included.
Deposit 20%, final payment to be made no later than four weeks before stay.
The order is final when the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid.
Payment details will be provided once the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation less than four weeks before costs 20%, taken from the deposit.
Price does not include cleaning of bed linen and towels during the stay.
Price does not include toilet paper and detergents during the stay.
Arrival at the earliest 4 PM, departure no later than 9 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
